RED RIBBON WEEK! October 23-31, 2024
Onsite School Location

RED RIBBON WEEK! Our Mobile Traveling Drug Prevention Classroom in now complete!

This is a great time to schedule a Classroom tour!

The objective is to educate, motivate, and empower our youth to a higher awareness of the value of a Healthily Drug Free Lifestyle. We create awareness that will help prevent youth from starting tobacco / vaping, alcohol, or substance abuse. Realizing youth are at-risk, our goal is helping to commit to a drug free lifestyle.

This is an urgent message concerning the health and future of our youth in the Pacific Northwest. We are facing an epidemic of drug use that is sweeping across our countryside, seeping into even our smallest towns, and threatening the well-being of our communities.

Drug Prevention Educational Classroom Trailer.

This serves as a resource for Schools, Youth groups, and Community Events. Saying Yes to Life means, choosing to live life  drugfree, free from the shackles of substance dependency. Here is where we Introduce a positive approach to drug prevention. Through the MX Power Team's educational mobile unit, you have a dynamic tool at your fingertips — one that brings education directly to our youth wherever they may be. Our approach isn’t simply about saying "no" to drugs—it’s about  saying "yes" to life’s boundless opportunities!

Internation Pathfinder Camporee Event!

Our First Event after building the Drug Free Prevention Trailer

When we were contacted to put on a Drug Prevention Educational program at the 2024 International Pathfinder Camporee, we had to make a decision to re-activate our MX Power Team Mobile Classroom!

That meant we needed to build a new classroom and retrofit with the proper educational panels! Man did that set in motion a lot of coordination. We have been building our network of community sponsors/donors for the past 6 months!

Now we have our trailer built and operational for the International Camporee. We arrived on Monday Morning after traveling through the night. From Walla Walla, WA to Gillette WY. Over 1100 miles non-stop. Adam Bonson and Craig Bonson are the volunteer staff that coordinate the trailer setup, demonstrations and event sound systems.

We were so very fortunate to lease equipment and volunteer riders for our motorcycle Trails demonstrations. Keith and Baillie Wineland with Shad Peterson put on a great show for our international crowd of pathfinders. Baillie announced the riders and style of various maneuvers, Keith as a 10-time Colorado State Trails champion was spot on in all the dozen performances completed during this week long event. His domonstation equipment had various levels of difficulty to impress the crowd! Shad had all the focus and commentary you would want as he scaled His custom built V ramp, the highest in the nation!

With over 60,000 people attending this event, you can imagine how busy our program was during the week! Many hundreds of pathfinders signed their names to the Drug Free wall. Also, many of these kids put the initials on the educational Drug Abuse wall, so we can remember their loved ones and friend as they struggle with addition. Our thoughts and prayers go up for for them to have the strength and conviction to overcome these addictions!

More pictures to follow!

Thanks to the Center for Youth Evangelism of the General Conference for providing the finances and infrastructure support to have us at this huge event! We also have had multiple businesses, and people step up and help us get to the place we are now. Many thank you's, to everyone that has helped us!

Started from Scratch!

We now have our TRAILER!

The process of retrofitting the inside with paneling, lights and wiring are completed!

We will have white walls and educational panels on the wall to show the value of living a drug free lifestyle, and a contrast of living a drug abuse lifestyle!

Can you assist us right now, we want to stay up to date with these expenses?

The trailer purchase was over $17,800.

The Graphics on the outside will be close to $8000.

The inside retrofit of walls, ceiling, wiring with education panels, will be around $4200.

So, we need to raise $30,000 in the next few months!

Please help us reach our goal, even if it is only a few dollars or thousands of dollars, we know that anything you can do will help.
